“Kimberly handled the work of 3 people with a smile on her face and a happy, positive demeanor.”
"Kimberly is the ray of sunshine every family needs in their home when bringing home a new baby."
"I don’t know what I would have done without Kimberly’s expertise when I was a first-time mom with little newborn experience. She helped me balance the baby’s needs with my own and she helped build my confidence that I was doing things correctly! "
"I have never met a person who knows so much about babies and how to support parents through having a new baby! Having Kimberly with me was like having sister, confidant and therapist all in one."
Our family situation is unique… My husband and I both work jobs that require us to travel for extreme long periods at time. Of course as the new mom, I’m not doing that now, and Dad has gone back to work 3 wks after our daughter Izzy was born. We always had concern for me dealing with the drastic change of pace and being a first time mom alone most of the time. Kim saved me! She brought my confidence level as a mom to a place I couldn’t imagine, helped me with lactation tips, and my overall postpartum health is better than I thought it would be. Izzy absolutely adores her and I couldn’t ask for a more trustworthy caregiver on our home. Thank you Kim for all that you do! We love and highly recommend Kim & L.A. Doula Care!!!!
We had Kimberly as our post partum doula this year (2015) and cannot say enough good things about her. She is a lovely person, always cheerful and bright, and was an absolute wonder with our baby, Eddie. Kimberly was also a great help to us, Mom and Dad, with all our crazy questions and worries. And was super with our 2 yr old. In sum, she is just a professional through and through and also a wonderful and kind person to have on your side in this tricky time. Also, ask her to bake you some of her delicious lactation cookies!!
Kimberly is amazing. If you have seen supernanny, picture her as a superdoula for the whole family dynamic. She came into our lives in the middle of chaos: a newborn, 5-year old sibling, dad out of town, extended family sick/unavailable, and mom recovering from a C-section with post partum mood issues.
